My wife was admitted to hospital

My wife was admitted to hospital. Was approved. A week after she was discharged they revoked the authorisation. She needs to go back on the 4th for an operation. Not sure what we will do now as we must now make plans to pay the previous visits fees. And here we thought its a reliable medical aid. We are allready looking around for another company.
