MSA REFUND NOT PAID AFTER 8 MONTHS
I received a response through this platform in June regarding my MSA refund that is not paid. I was told that the refund has been sent to the finance dept, I called the call center numerous times and was told the same. According to the scheme rule the refund is paid after a 4 month cooling period to settle the previous year claims. I should have been refunded in May already but we are in August now. The response one receives is just automated and a total disrespect and lack of consideration for clients

19 Aug 2025, 04:37What is the reason for the non payment of the refund? There are colleagues who submitted their banking details in July and got refunded already. Myself and others submitted our documents in May but we are still waiting. What happened to first come first serve principle? No feedback after promising to call and clarify.
