MSA refund

MSA refund delayed and their call centre is not helpful. I have been calling and everytime I call every agent it giving me different story until I spoke to Dumisani on the 8th and he logged a call but still when I call some are telling me that they can't tell me when money will be paid into my account. This is very frustrating because first I was told that money was deposited into my account on the 4th of September and it will be available in my account on Monday the 7th.
