Having wait a whole 2months for weekly promised updates on when my MSA will be paid out. Till this day sizwe hasn’t updated me.

11 Jul 2025, 11:43The rudest service I’ve received from a service provider..from being told a consultant will call me back, to me calling in and having a phone call hung up in my ear to the rudeness & explanation I got from the consultant that the funds for reimbur*****t my even take upto 6months to be processed. I asked Why is there no order in reimbur*****t, she told me they pay out however they want in batches where’s the pride in what they do at sizwe hosmed. Pathetic customer service…..
