If ever you sould be warned this scheme has people working there that is incapable of doing this work I don't know how long they will still operate the lady. Vivian lekgoro goes on level after wanting to commit ***** my baby has is on the medical aid and she recieved in hospital treatment this day wants the service providers to change the claim to my wife after they don't do there jobs for in hospital claims and first thing reject everything, now we sitting with promises from her claims has been paid and wanting me to retract my complain from the csm I have forwarded all responses from her to the even yesterday when she told me she is on leave went I send her a final demand from hospital for none payment of the hospital bill for April, my child is 4 months old and they don't even have payment statements to show, it's because the events they give there staff with the members money is in hotels and with champaign I have send these events pics aswell to show everytime the scheme rate hikes up and we must just pay but this medical aid is *********** I will now expose these matters in national newspapers.
