Not happy at all im in bed with flu went to go buy some meds at the pharmacy on my medical aid it shows inactive claim, claims inactive since dont know when but how if you get day to day and im trying to phone the broker no answer, even sizwe it self no answer is this the tyoe of competence we can expect, even now that i have put my wife also on, you keep paying but the service us getting poorer by the e min.

22 Nov 2021, 16:36I really don't know why do we have a medical aid if we having such issues monthly you guys don'tneed to phone aftere for paymentnow that im sick and need some medication at the pharmacy everything i need and its still way under the day to day limit i need to pay a co payment what is this medical scheme usefull for if its givung so a lot of problems do i need to find another medical aid if its going on like this? I got an sms on what sould ve done but ita a lot of hassle most definitely not hapoy about this service they dont even have the decency to call me
