2023 haas been such a hard year and a medical aid is suppose to make life easier but not with sizwe, My baby's birth in april the first on the scheme i have been fighting since may with sizwe with unpaid claims had to contact the council for medical schemes as well to get most of the claims paid by November, now they domt want to pay 2 visit at the pediatrician for a visit a week after the baby was discharge because she had a bit of jaundice amd haf to go for a follow-up.and fir an emergency of inflammation with ingrown toenails at the time, we had and all oir statements shows up until September we still haf 3 specialist visits left, but enablemed still sticks to its been used uo but that visits was in may, we registered amd the maternity benefit was to cover the gynecologist not out visits to what was explained over the phone when we registered, we were told go see the specialists amd they will send the claim sizwe will pay now enablemed comes woth alot of stories not to pay R1350 this is not on since enablemed came along sizwe has been going down the drain
