I don't have words for sizwe anymore, firstly you give authorization for a c section from the 27 to the 30th of April in writing which I have in my possession, that is given to the hospital upon admittancey wife is discharge on the 30th and they claim, the bill is not paid and we are in August already, bloods wee drawn on the 30th the morning for jaundice by my baby in hospital my wife was not discharged yet, the sizwe go and amend the authorization to from 27th to 29th just so that what ever was done before my wife was discharged they don't want to pay I am posting the authorization in the newspaper next becUe this is pathetic to say the least more and more claims unpaid still this is *********** people working at this scheme.

Would not advise anyone for sizwe because it's problem after problem, lay a complain at the counsel for medical aid they might even have to close doors if everyone lays a complaints CMS they have to answer to them,

People stay away from them, and take your unpaidlaims to t CMS because the are to o *********** to realise they are doing wrong, I mean what scheme does not know a baby after being born goes back days after leaving the hospital for a follow up and does not want to pay the claims, after this ordeal I'm looking at other schemes for me and family
