Morning I had to give a rating to write a review. But my rating is Zero. Worst medical aid since November 2021.Hosmed member since 2011. No problems. Since November with merger a nightmare-- pathetic. All my claims rejected due to no funds. Pathetic a chiropractor was billed on acute medicine. A specialist not paid. After numerous fight these were paid my only funds that was depleted was acute medicine. 13/12/2021 Amapth testS only a part paid as no funds available. Shame these people don't/cant read email or respond and call centre don't have any knowledge how to escalate a problem. Last week I was again told account not billed for 17/1 due to no funds but call center can see available funds but he can t do anything I have to phone in a weeks time. So if no one want to escalate I will once again get the same answer. We had a open day to change medical aid 30 November 2021 and Tsidiso Pelo from Hosmed--he is apparently call center manager said he instructed staff to fami****ize them with Hosmed plans and he will assist till end January. Guess he and entire Hosmed is missing. Nkosinathi of social media also missing in Action. So pathology was available R2780 but account R2326 only R1902 was paid due to insufficient funds. No response no answer. Cant wait for the last 11 months I will so as far as possible to warn every person in South Africa. Steps will be taken next week Pathetic all I can say
