More than a year old claim still battling with Sizwe Hosmed

Date of service 31/03/2022 - The account was send back for PMB when we followed up on our query the queries was either closed or there was nothing done about our queries. On stage the scheme requested Radiology Reports to review this case as a PMB the reports was send and now all of the sudden Sizwe see the claim as stale we query the account the whole time and make sure we do got enough reference numbers.
