Money takers!!

We joined Sizwe in August 2021 with a total payment for 2 members of R4590. NOW we received a statement of R5200 without anyone advising us of any increase. No letter, phone call nor email. I called twice today where i was transfered 2 times (not really speaking to anyone). The JOKE of it all is if you are a NEW member applying in January you will only be paying R2300 per member which is R4600 for 2 members. So WHY must i pay R600 more if i can just cancel and re-apply? I held on for 45 minutes on BOTH calls. If i dont get a cann back today to FIX my membership amount to what it is on the contribution for 2022 i WILL reverse the debit order and find another medical aid. Where in your right mind do you increase a medical aid with R600? Do you think we just have money to throw away??
