MONEY ****** FROM MY ACCOUNT!!
I am absolutely livid that I have still not received my refund despite empty promises from Ivy Nkwanca! Almost R7000 taken from my account and I've been forced to live off credit and goodwill from others! I have stupidly comp**** with all her demands, from a copy of my bank statement to a copy of my ID, which I clearly recognise as a ploy to prolong this process of giving me back my money!!

I have been asking for a refund since the money came off my account at the end of January. The only time someone wants to "talk" is when I expose you on this platform. How absolutely pathetic!!!
