Mishandling of Claims and Lack of communication

I have shared my complaints and utter disgust at Sizwe-Hosmed and 3Sixty Health on Hellopeter, initially thinking I was alone in my experience. However, I was surprised to discover the number of similar complaints others have shared. I suggest we all approach their offices together and demand immediate resolutions to our queries.

For those still facing difficulties, I have reached out to the Ombudsman and urge you to do the same. Hopefully, this will lead to a resolution.
