Membership termination

On the 4th of June 2024 i emailed a termination form to sizwe hosmed to have my membership terminated at the end of June 2024 because of financial difficulties. I was informed on the 10th that is was 4days late and did try to explain my situatiin and was asked to write a motivational letter which i did and still was asked to provide more proof. I did send bank statements and have not recieved an answer yet. Why am i being treated so inhumanely. I have been with sizwe for almost 14years and now when i ask for n little help for being 4days late i am being treated like this.
