Medical plan change

I send you an email and a call me back but nothing yourpayment going up 1st Nov and then January i cant afford the plan but no assistance from your side even tride to phome but no answering my call Asap contact me ***

Good day. I recieved an mail from Sizwe Hosmed that my plan will increase as from end of October.Then again in January. Now i can not afford the xtra payment i want to change to a lower plan but they tell me i can not do so until closer to December. So what will happen if i do not meet the required payment. I also stated to them that i wanted to cancel my plan then they rep**** by saying have to give 30days notice before canceling my policy. So how do i go about now because will get a bad name at my bank if the payment does not go off. Can you please advise ASAP. Thank you
