Medical funds payments

I almost have payment problems with SIZWE medical funds, last month it was a problem of them failing to debit my Bank Acc,now this month they went far as deducting money on a date we never agreed with and end up taking the hole money,I mean doubles their payment without consulting me. What is mos disappointing and anoing is you call them is either they don't answer their phones or they will let you hold until your airtime is finished or ask you to call you back,of which they will never do. My main concerns is if SIZWE is able to drain my account now what is going to happen in the next coming months, I mean paying them by hand it looks like it was something good or they deserve, but it was a problem to me as sometimes I'm out of the country and they end up charging me penalties, like now I pay R 1590,0 that was to be debited on the 15/11/2019, but they decided to debit on 8/11/2019 of which that was not the agreement as per saying. I don't know what to do with this medical fund, I don't know if I should take them speak out of SABC or to court just to forces them to take responsibility of their clients. Please advice.
