Medical Aid Suspended - SAME STORY EVERY MONTH!
I have been assisting my father (pensioner) with a proxy signed and sent in 2019 to assist with communication on his medical aid as he is aged, losing his eyesight and hearing aid. Been calling and emailing Sizwe Medical with reference WF***2N***1, WF***2N***7, WF***3N***2. Medical Aid gets suspended every month with no communication whatsover. Payments are up to date and nothing outstanding as far as we know. He is on chronic medication and has not received his meds this month. What gibberish is this????????
