Medical Aid Suspended for non payment but medical aid was paid but they failed on their side to allocate funds!

1. I am beyond livid at the service I got from this medical aid!!! My brothers medical was suspended for non payment but we have been paying medical aid and they then told us that only R1000 was paid instead of R4747 and September was no paid how???! Who allocates here are they even aware what they doing and the amounts allocated where do they come from??? It’s like we pay but the funds go somewhere???, I want to know who made that entry!!! Because how??! which I don’t know where they get that where as proof of payment has full payments. Ref: [ WF***3N***3] [ WF***3N***4 ] Then we find this out upon Emergency and now my brother who is on Renal Failure cannot be attended that time we come from Mpumalanga to Johannesburg now we are turned back because medical is suspended. I am so furious this is incompetency!!!

2. Medical contributions went up without notification three months ago?!!!!! If we were shot paying why were we not told then?! In the middle of the year when all along we have been paying what we know only now we find out fees went up and now they suspending it of that amount!!!!? Which one is it!!?

3. Now we paid the amount to get this sorted but guess what I call to get this sorted send Proof of payment they tell me they will send to billing and they will allocate it I ask them can this be sorted coz he is in Hospital already the lady puts me on hold and hangs up because they knocking of at 2pm??!! Guys what is this???! I cannot believe it!!

Please sort this out!!!
