Medical Aid No:***4 Ref Nos: WF ***5N*** WF***2N***
I have been so unfortunate with this Medical Aid since it changed or merged to be Sizwe Hosmed . Medical Aid No:***4 Ref Nos: WF ***5N*** WF***2N*** -When you call you wait for ages listening to the voice recording in short the calls are not answered. - When you submit claims you get sent from pillar to post the experinnce in particular which has been more frustarting its from Dental side . I have even sent correspondence to ombudsman , medical aid complaints to these structures but to no avail
