Maternity benefits never loaded!!! *********** staff who dont know what they are doing!!!!

Why must i ALWAYS receive such pathetic service when pregnant?? Why do i need to get extra stress from you people?? I registered for the maternity program on the 20th of January 2021, to date i have not even been loaded to receive benefits!!!!!! I now cannot continue going to my gyne appointments because Sizwe has not been paying for my checkups, what is the point of paying you if i need to pay cash when i go!!

I have been fighting this back and forth for going on 2 months now! Only now to be told its been sent to IT AGAIN!! After i was informed last month it would be sent to IT. Are none of your staff members capable of doing their jobs?? Now i have to wait over a week before anything is even remotely resolved, if it ever gets resolved. In the meantime i have to cancel my next checkup because of *********** staff!!

If i did not need to be on medical aid for my birth i would be cancelling with you! Disgusting service after 10 years of being a member!!!!!
