Maternity benefit just tooked away.

Good day, As a member of sizwe Medical aid I would like to lock a complain as this is a very concerned situation I am in. I dealt with a broker named Bradley which sold the gomomo medical aid to me explaining to me that I can make use of any medi clinic as soon as something happens. I then found out I was pregnant and did everything according to the requirements to be on the maternity plan I am registered on the maternity plan and sizwe are 100% aware that I am pregnant. I then went to my gynecologist and it is now time to book my hospital bed as I app**** for authorization I then needed to find out that I do not have cover because the plans changed and now all of a sudden I am on a plan called the copper core plan. I never excepted the fact for sizwe to just move me to the Coppper core plan and lower my benefits, also now I have a co-payment of R12000 which I don't have or the other option is going to a higher plan which costs double what I am paying now and I also can't afford that right now. They just tooked my maternity benefits away. The new benefits I should make use of network hospitals which they don't understand cause my gynecologist only works for medi clinics as I am already over 28 weeks pregnant no other gynecologist will take me. Who is going to receive my baby??? How and where am I going to give birth this is discusting for sizwe to put this pressure on a soon to be mom. I am so dissapointed in this medical aid and will never recommend this medical aid to any other person. STAY AWAY CAUSE I AM TOTALLY *****ED.
