Maladmistaration rampant at Sizwe Hosmed

I wish the Board of Healthcare Funders could do more to protect Sizwe Hosmed members and providers who deliver a service to its members. Judging from the huge number of complaints from members and providers on this site, it demonstrate how powerless people feel. No relevant authoratative body is holding Sizwe Hosmed to account.Hence they continue to abuse members who pay their monthly membership fees by refusing to pay out their claims. They also have a total disregard for providers who deliver a service to its members and refuse to pay out claims. They don't even communicate back when providers have enquiries. Is high time the maladministration by Sizwe Hosmed administrators is addressed by the relevant bodies to protect its members and providers against this ruthlesness of this medical aid scheme.
