I have no idea how long a query takes to be resolved...since January i'm querying this account(from November last year) & all I get is "𝙸𝚃'𝚂 𝙱𝙴𝙸𝙽𝙶 𝙴𝚂𝙲𝙰𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙴𝙳" (by whom may 𝙸 ask?) Not even high profile cases take this long to go to court yet a hospital account is taking forever. The stress, added costs & prolonged admission is what i'm faced with which is agony especially being on disability.

I take it that the "Query Panel" is either on a ship or still in training. If my premiums are not paid on time will I get leniency?

If I get handed over will Sizwe take ownership?

I just found out that my account is now under bad debt & only time will tell when I will be sent a summons.

I need compensation.
