Legal action for my new born

The worst medical scheme will not recommend. Had my baby on the 25th of November 2024 struggled to get the forms to register my baby on the medical and they also stated that my husband should have the forms signed and stamped by his place of employment otherwise they will not register my baby. Due to the lack of response from the medical aid personnel and my husbands company closing for the holiday period there was no way of getting her registered in time. First thing January my husband went to his work and got all the necessary documents signed and stamped and mailed. They added her to the medical with a three months waiting period due to late registration, now we have to worry about her health and if anything may happen in the time period due to them not sending the documents through on time or at all. Then its not even the bills that are pilling up due to them not covering what they should or we have to send every bill through before they make any payment. what are we paying for if barely anything gets covered and we have to pay for the waiting period without having cover for our new born. We will be taking legal action as this is unreasonable and unprofessional.
