Lack of interest to help a old member with a tax certificate issue

I use to belong to Sizwe and i called in to get my medical aid tax certificate which i got but cannot open it. I remember that the ID was the password but it wont take it at all. I have spoken to numerous people and no one can help me and i left a message for a supervisor which no one called.
