Kidney Transplant Authorization
Can someone please tell me how long must wait for An Authorization with Sizwe Medical Aid?
We have tried for the past 3years to get a simple Authorisations for a kidney process! Always no valid reason Why it is not It is approved even the test results that were taken ended up expiring because we wait for ages for simple authorization!!!
This needs to be fixed! My brother has been in and out of hospital when he could have gotten a kidney but we have to wait for so long for simple authorization!? No man
