Incorrect Cancelled membership and ****** Money by Sizwe

We have been paid-up members of Hosmed and and SizweHosmed for seventeen years from 2009. With no clear notification, our membership was cancelled due to a previous link with Tshwane Municipality, regardless of the fact that my husband is retired and we pay out-of-pocket. I paid our levies of more than R12000 end Dec 2025 for Jan 2026, and they took the money and never refunded us. I have written many e-mails to client services, reconciliation and the so called complaints section, made many calls, but no-one contacted us and e-mails were not answered. So, now we had to find another medical fund, are not covered currently and we have paid for a month where we were not covered at all and received no services.
