I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delayed payment of my medical savings by Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme. On 28 January 2026, I received confirmation that the payout of my medical savings would be processed and paid on 1 March 2026. However, it has now been 10 days since the promised payment date, and there has still been no payment made. What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication and clarity regarding the delay. Despite making numerous follow-ups, I have not received any clear directive on when the payment will be made or what is causing the delay. These funds belong to me, and the delay without proper explanation is extremely disappointing. I therefore request that Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme urgently investigate this matter and provide a clear update and immediate processing of the outstanding payment. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly without the need for further escalation.
