I have had it with this medical aid !!!

On the 21st of October 2022, my psychiatrist prescribed medication for me upon discharge. I then proceeded to go get the medication from the pharmacy on the 22nd of October 2022, the pharmacist told me that this medication requires preauthorisation first. Okay cool shocking because this is my first time having to get preauthorisation for prescribed medication. On the 24th of October 2022 I submit the script to the chronic department of Sizwe hosmed, they didn’t respond to the query in time now I’m stressed because I don’t have my medication yet then I decide to call them and ask with the progress of this whole situation, I’m then told on the 27th of October 2022 that the doctor needs to include a diagnosis code okay cool, my doctor does that and only yesterday I was told that I can’t get this medication because the medication is used for bipolar and not depression. At this point I have had it with the back and fourth and I’m so done with this medical aid, exactly 12 days without medication yet they claim to care about their members? Oh please. When you get a chance please consider leaving sizwe hosmed because the service is honestly ridiculous
