I cancelled my membership last month on the 11 October 2024 they promised it will be cancelled within 31 days which was not explained to me or term and condition given to me

I cancelled my membership last month on the 11 October 2024 they promised it will be cancelled within 31 days which was not explained to me or term and condition given to me. They deducted monthly fee last month which they said they can only cancel within 31 days but to my surprise they are deducting also this month which is more than 31 days of cancellation. I tried calling them they said there is nothing they on their side this is how it’s done it has been always done that way. Please help me get my refund back cause this is not what I was told when I was cancelling my membership. Thank you .
