I am willing to go to the Medical aid Ombudsman.
My daughter was admitted on the 15/03/22 and Lancet assisted with blood test, Lancet sent the claim on the 19/03/22, there is proof. Now Sizwe is refusing to pay saying the claim is stail because I followed up in October when now received a judgment from Lancet.
