Hurry up and wait!

<p>Wow guys! Every interaction I have had with Sizwe is shocking... I have called in a few times and have had to wait up to 25 mins for someone to answer my call. I would hate to have to get hold of you in an emergency. I need someone to contact me asap on ********** 692. I cannot waste my airtime on your call centre anymore. If you would like to listen to how long it takes for someone to answer the phone, I'd be happy to visit your office in PE and play you the recordings. SHOCKING!! I have included a screenshot for your reference. I have wasted almost an hour on hold with you!</p>
