Hospital balance

I'm very disappointed with Sizwe medical aid ,i have been a member for many years , June 2023 i was admitted at hospital for 4 days ,they only pay for 3 days , I have been reporting this matter to their offices , they keep on sending me emails that the issue has been resolved of which is not ,now i must pay the hospital out of my on pocket because the hospital has taken me to court .
