Hospital authorization

My name is Ntombizizile Lwate I am livid by the service that I am getting with this medical aid. I recently joined Sizwe and just before my medical aid was approved in January I found out that I am pregnant. I immediately notified them on a call as well as on email. To me that would be disclosure. There was nothing sent to me to fill in but my medical aid got approved straight after I informed them. A few weeks ago I called them for hospital authorization for my delivery and one of their consultants immediately told me I will not be approved for authorization because I failed to disclose. I was later advised by another consultant to get my doctor to fill in a PMA form and send it back to them. I sent the form back to sizwe over 2 weeks ago and every time I call I am told that the medical advisers are still sitting with my query and its been escalated. I don't know how many times they need to escalate a call in order for it to be attended to. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A TEAM LEADER THIS MORNING AND THE CONSULTANT SAID SHE WAS PUTTING ME THROUGH BUT INSTEAD HANG UP ON ME. I NEED THIS MATTER ATTENDED TO ASAP. I AM HIGHLY PREGNANT AND DO NOT NEED ALL THIS STRESS THAT I AM GETTING FROM THIS MEDICAL AID THAT IS MEANT TO MAKE MY LIFE EASY.
