Hospital account not paid correctly

I was admitted through casualty to a Network hospital. Everything has been done correctly from my side however my pathology bill has not been paid in full. Sizwe says they paid at scheme rates and the lab says they charged medical aid rates. This account should have been covered in full as according to CMS a medical aid cannot pay less than medical aid rates. This needs to be investigated and paid in full.
