Hosmed was Good....SizweHosmed, not so good

I've been a member with Hosmed for more than 10 years and actually had very good service. Since Hosmed almalgamated with Sizwe it went all downhill. The administaration is horrific. When you pay a doctor (and nowadays that is the norm) and you want to claim the money back, it is almost impossible. You have to phone them constantly and then there is always excuses. I will be leaving SizweHosmed in the new financial year.
