Horrible service !!!

Worse medical aid ever!! Was very content with Hosmed for past 14 years but after the amalgamation with Sizwe and their *********** Administrator 3sixthy everything just went downhill !!! Claims not paid if they are paid they short pay and members having to pay the shortfall 😤 Basically no need to pay lots of money for a Medical aid that ends up not helping you …. just glad that Majority of the Ethekwini Municipal workers have taken a decision to pack up and leave come November 2022 ! Some people have outstanding claims that they have not paid since last year! Since they have decided to pocket people’s money and not pay claims and don’t even bother responding to complaints , the only solution we have all agreed on is to move to other Medical schemes.
