Horrible medical aid

Sizwe Medical aid is such a problem it is not the first time that I have to deal with them and no respond. last year October i gave birth and registered the baby a week later my pedestrians have been trying to claim since then. they have handed the account over and we are liable for that money and now our name is with the credit bureaus our name will be looked at as bad payers which is affect our credit score but we have a medical aid that is paid for every month on time not one payment missed yet they are giving us such bad service. i have tried calling no one seems to know anything and can not help me? is it possible to have absolutely no one who work at Sizwe that can help their clients? i am definitely changing this medical aid. i do not recommend this medical to anyone they are horrible.
