Horrible medical aid

My son was hospitalized in 2022 and 1 account out of the rest wasnt paid in full because apparently my day-to-day funds had ran out. I dont understand why they tried to pay it from day-to-day instead of hospital funds. Queried it in 2023 when ridologist bought the account to my attentio and they said "Query resolved". Turns out resolved meant they are done looking at it from their side, nothing about paying it.. Now that the radiologist handed me over, apparently I must call around for the statements and references before they can look at it again and resolve-pay this time or whatever they would call it.. After they messed up by not paying from the right account and not specifying what the hell "RESOLVED" meant in their terms when it wasnt, I must do the run around to get it "resolved-resolved"

If you are considering taking medical aids, run the opposite direction when Sizwe comes up as an option. TRUST ME.
