<p>Please can someone help me? I have been on hold for 10 minutes, got answered & then put back on hold for another 10 minutes - very poor service - is this what I pay a small fortune for, no service, no replies to emails, no assistance, come on guys!!!!! I phoned again & again & at 8 minutes so far have not spoken to anyone.....<br />This is so unprofessional - your message for a high volume of calls starts at 08h00??? & never ends</p>
