I have subsequently left Siswe hosmed due to how badly i have been treated and how out of pocket i am. I have gone back to discovery a real helpful medical aid yet I have not met the first debit order as I am still waiting for R3800 from Siswe for claims submitted on the 1st may 2022!

I submitted claims which I paid myself in full to the value of R3800.00 on the 1st MAY and I AM STILL WAITING TO BE PAID OUT. I am not even a member anymore and still nothing, no communication, no feedback. I asked a manager to call me its been over a month and I am still waiting for a manager to call me. You paid all the providers that I already paid when what I submitted to you was CLEAR I HAD PAID IN FULL. It’s the 18th of June and I have still not been paid out.

You as a medical aid need to get your **** together and pay me back or i will keep going till i get your attention. Hello peter tick. News Paper are next
