Higher premiums for less benefits

Previously (before this years 15% increase in membership fees) we were allocated 2 preventative scaling and polishes per year. To my surprise I just received an account from my dentist for my scaling and polishing that was not paid although we did not use any dental benefits this year. Its a disgrace!!! Premiums are getting higher and higher and the benefits less and less.

I regret not leaving Sizwe Hosmed when we had the chance to do so!
