Greedy Contribution Increase

I don't know whether to be shocked or disgusted. Sizwe pushed my moms monthly contributions up by R700. She only receives a small monthly pension that was just covering her medical. How can she go without medical aid? She is 69 years old. How can they expect anyone to accept this? A 19.15% increase is ******ion. If their funds are mismanaged, leave the clients alone, they must sort their own house out. The service over the last few months has been absolutely terrible! Targeting pensioners is a low blow. The increase was only supposed to happen in Jan 2026 by 5%. Every single person was budgeting on that. People's salaries/pensions don't even increase by half as much. How are people supposed to survive? Its a proper Eskom move. If Sizwe has problems internally, they target the clients to get more money. Sizwe will have to review this increase and my Moms contributions A.S.A.P. I have sent an email to their complaints department but will never get a reply as I have never got any replies for my previous communication earlier this year, which is disappointing.
