Going the extra mile

Since the review I wrote on 3 April 2019 with regards to incompetency and lack of service by Sizwe Medical Aid, so many positive things happened.

Firstly I need to mention that Mr Nzima of Sizwe called me the following day, 4 April 2019. I did not expect a call so quickly. I want to express my gratitude towards Mr Nzima whom personally contacted me a couple of times, listened patiently to the frustration we as family experienced the past few months and assisted us with the outstanding claims we were struggling with between the medical aid and the service providers. The majority of the claims were settled which is a huge relief. I do not think I would have been able to sort the claims out without your assistance and therefor I say thank you! Mr Nzima, you are a huge asset to the Company and we really appreciate all you have done for us. Thank you so much !!!
