Hi, still awaiting feedback from my previous 3 reviews/complaints. But I received an email for my premium that's due.
I can not fathom what is taking them so long to sort out a simple hospital bill which was authorized?
We are almost into the next month yet I have prolonged everything that was imperative that needed to be done.

This is very stressful on me which is being overlooked conveniently.
