Frustration with Sizwe Hosmed
I’m furious with the Sizwe Hosmed medial aid. I joined. The medical aid in 2019 and was so happy with the benefits I have received.
Recently I went for an operation in November 2022 and received an authorisation on the 26 October 2022 only to found out that it will be rejected on the 02 December 2022 after the procedure was done.
I’m in so much debt now owing the Hospital, Doctor and the lab. How am I going to pay all this because of the error the medical aid did.
This new combination of Sizwe with Hosmed is a disaster. I have been waiting for the team leader since the query logged in December. No one has called me back regarding the issue.
