Frustrating

This medical aid is terrible, I pay for the best plan but get the worst service, no one is prepared to help me for an unpaid hospital bill, I have been handed over I am going to loose my car, they don't care, they all blame each other and yet they quick to take money every month. A normal bill that was actually approved before hand but now I owe R 23 000 and no one will help me. I phone every single week , I beg and cry but no one helps, I have no option but to stay because my sister has a life threatening condition and no other medical aid will accept her without massive waiting periods. The sad thing Sizwe was excellent never had a problem before but since the amalgamation its been one problem after the next.

Dear Sizwe - I cant with you anymore, Thank you for paying one bill however you reversed the payment of the second bill by R 62 000 and so instead I now owe R 73 000 for which I have been handed over - seriously what is wrong with this scheme!!!! and no one is willing to give me any answers they tell me to phone back next week every single time I phone . Then a recent admission has gone only partiallly approved with all sorts of requests for blood tests and doctors motivations !!!!!!!! SInce when ???? maybe its punishment for bad reviews. My sister is very sick and she cant be admitted because we owe the hospital so much money. She dosen't get admitted for fun she has a life threatning illness. I need this sorted out soonest because I am so stressed and have a heart condition myself
