********** billing

Few months ago I started receiving statements saying that I'm using my medical aid but I wasn't. When I searched the practitioner (HENRY J VAN STAADEN, practice number ********** ) it said this person is based in Bloemendel in Cape Town. I stay in Johannesburg. It happened about 4 to 5 times already. Called the call centre and they weren't much help. Approximately R1500 was deducted already without my knowledge and consent. I am very displeased with this bad service.
