My Clinical psychologist has not been paid since February 2017. Sizwe excuses range from she has changed the way she has submitted in her statements (which she hasn't), to hanging up on a call, that she isn't a Clinical psychologist (even though its on her letterhead), and the latest that they are having problems loading Psychologist on their system and that their IT is on it. They continuously tell you to follow up in a weeks time, when you do, they give the same story that they will send it to claims and give a new ref number. I have plenty of ref numbers, a high telephone bill because they are always experiencing a high call rate and that I always have to phone back every week to hear the same story and for nothing to be done. I now have to pay the bill because its 5 months overdue. This is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!
