Flee the sinking ship

Autoreplies and promises but queries just get ignored. Call center agents give lip service but take no action. Bills don't get paid, co-payments get charged for nothing and to try and reason with them gets you nowhere. Every few months they send a big announcement that things are going to change and the ship is steering in a new direction. The direction is down.
